Yes, we should warn you. The pictures you are about to view are dirty pictures & this is a very dirty job; but somebody has to do it. And we can’t think of anyone better for you to ask to clean your floors than us. All kidding aside, as you can see this is a commercial floor in a restaurant. Certainly your floor would never be this dirty, but it does give you a nice idea of how even a very dirty floor can be professionally cleaned. In the first set of pictures you can see that the cleaning solution has been applied to the floor and allowed to breakdown the accumulated dirt, grease & grime. |

The tile & most importantly the grout lines are then scrubbed. We use a machine from England that has counter rotating heads that scrub in all four directions at the same time with over 200 lbs. of head weight. And a professional hand brush for doing detail work along edges and into tight areas that the large machines can’t get into. Just scrubbing the floor is not enough though. We then go over the floor with our special SPRAYCLEAN & CAPTURE MACHINE. Notice how clean the floor came in the next picture once the second cleaning process was done? The SRAYCLEAN & CAPTURE MACHINE is like a high pressure sprayer that blasts the dirt & grime out of the pores of the tile & the grout. At the same time it vacuums the dirty water up with a powerful, two vac-motor recovery system. This way, no dirty water is allowed to settle back into the pores of the floor. |

Once the complete cleaning process is done, if you would like, we can then seal your floor. We can apply our special penetrating sealer, Seal-N-SaveTM, that will prevent any further staining for at least 15 years, guaranteed. If your grout is already too badly stained -or- you would like to change the appearance of your floor without the cost of replacing your floor, we can Color Seal the grout. Giving your floor a new & different appearance, at a fraction of the cost & bother of replacing it. |
